Refund Policy
At The Travel Tribe Tours, we are committed to providing a smooth and memorable travel experience. However, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This refund policy explains the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.
1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel your booking, the following refund rules will apply:
- 30 days or more before travel date – 90% refund of the total amount paid.
- 15 to 29 days before travel date – 70% refund of the total amount paid.
- 7 to 14 days before travel date – 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Less than 7 days before travel date – No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by The Travel Tribe Tours
If a tour is cancelled by The Travel Tribe Tours due to operational reasons, weather conditions, natural calamities, or government restrictions, customers will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule the tour for a later date.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once booked:
- Hotel bookings confirmed with advance payment
- Flight or train tickets
- Cab bookings already scheduled
- Entry tickets and permits
- Any third-party services booked on behalf of the customer
4. Refund Processing Time
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
5. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive on the travel date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
