With it also comes Tso Moriri’s serenity which is home to rare species like black-necked crane and kiang. Ride on double humped camel in Nubra Valley and enjoy sand dunes. Get welcomed as you arrive at ‘Land of high passes -Leh’ by our representative. Today is your day to get acclimatized to the natural cold surrounding. You can explore local market and Shanti Stupa. Overnight stay at hotel.
Today we will visit the Sangam (confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers), Gurdwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic hill, Leh Palace, Hall Of Fame and Shanti Stupa. In evening, you can explore the Leh local market. Dinner and overnight stay at Leh Hotel.
After breakfast, we will be heading towards Nubra Valley Ride through one of the highest civilian motorable pass of the world, Khardung La Pass; spend some time at the Khardung La Top Ride to the Diskit Monastery for a brilliant view of Nubra Valley Stop at Hundar Sand dunes and Enjoy a double-humped Camel ride in the cold desert Enjoy your dinner and stay overnight at camps/cottages
Enjoy a delicious breakfast and leave to visit the majestic Pangong Tso. We will arrive at Pangong Tso in the late afternoon, the lake which is famous for having the most beautiful setting and changes its colors 4 to 5 times a day. Enjoy your evening with the beautiful view of the Lake amidst towering snow-capped mountains. Dinner and overnight stay at camps at Pangong.
After Breakfast head for tiny village Hanle. Hanle is a off beat destination of Ladakh region. This village situated in the southeastern end of Jammu and Kashmir and comes under the Changthang region. It is a 8 to 9-hr long drive from Pangong and close to the Indo-China Border. You will pass through the Lukung and Chushul Valley (close to the IndoChina border) Reach Hanle in the evening, you will visit the famous Chandra Telescope (Hanle Observatory) of Indian Institute of Astrophysics – world’s second highest optical telescope . Check-in at the home stay/ Hotel and enjoy delicious Ladakhi dinner Overnight stay in Hanle.
After having breakfast will move towards Umling La to witness the world’s highest motorable road. After having a good picture will proceed towards Hanle and reach Hanle by evening. Overnight stay in Hanle followed by dinner.
After a delicious breakfast, head back to Leh. Pass through the picturesque landscape around that gives this place extremely romantic and breathtaking vibes. Take a stopover at traditional attractions and reach Leh. Visit Leh market to shop for some goods and enjoy Ladakhi cuisine. Overnight stay at hotel in Leh
Post Breakfast, depart from Leh for your onwards journey.
